How much do your services cost?

My travel planning fee is determined by a variety of factors including type of trip, complexity, length of trip, number of travelers, services needed, number of destinations, and how close to departure you are. 

Contact me to receive a custom travel quote, but plan on a minimum investment of at least $1,000 for independent itineraries and $250 for resort-style getaways.

do you book travel components?

I sure do!

Since I want you to be able to solely focus on the exciting parts of travel, I handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff like logistics, special requests, and booking of flights, accommodations, activities, tours, excursions, entry tickets, and more. 

can you help plan travel for people living anywhere in the world?

I currently only plan and book travel for those who reside in the United States.

what are your itineraries like?

I listen to each client's unique travel style, but typically find that the best itineraries are the balanced ones - ensuring that the most important things are covered, but also allow for enough down-time for lazy mornings and "go with how you feel" days.

Your itinerary will feel structured without being rigid. Where's time for spontaneity when you're glued to an hour-by-hour schedule?! 

do you offer payment plans?

Yes!

The first payment is a non-refundable deposit to secure a spot on my calendar, and the rest can be broken up if you wish.

How far in advance should I contact you about my travel plans?

As soon as possible!

Although for most trips we won't begin the planning process if it's a year out or more, there are exceptions, and the sooner you reach out, the sooner I can get you on the planning calendar.
