Step 1: Getting Started
Your journey kicks off with a personalized consultation to understand your travel goals and preferences. Once you decide to move forward and the agreement is signed, I’ll officially welcome you onboard and guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: General Itinerary
Where are you going and when?
I'll present to you some destination recommendations based on what you've told me you're looking for and taking into consideration the time of year, budget, and more.
Step 3: Accommodations
I’ll handpick accommodations that perfectly match your style and preferences, whether it’s a boutique hotel, a luxurious resort, or a cozy Airbnb. Each option is carefully selected for its unique charm, prime location, and exceptional amenities.
Step 4: Activities, Transportation & Dining
From must-see attractions and hidden gem local experiences, to the arrangement of private drivers, to unforgettable dining, every detail will be thoughtfully planned.

Step 5: Final Itinerary Delivery
I’ll provide your finalized itinerary through an easy-to-use app, complete with confirmations, a packing guide, and destination tips. As a Concierge client, you'll also receive hard copies of your travel docs, and a personalized Client Travel Guide. I’ll also be available for support before and during your trip.
